Additionally, we will engage in discussions with the client to understand their specific waterproofing requirements, preferences, and any previous water-related issues experienced on the property. This helps align the waterproofing solutions with the client’s needs and expectations.

Based on the site assessment, drawings, and client discussions, we will pinpoint the vulnerable areas that require waterproofing and create a list.

For each identified area, we will develop a tailored waterproofing system. Different areas might demand distinct waterproofing techniques and materials depending on the exposure to water, structural conditions, and building materials. This involves selecting appropriate waterproofing materials, methods, and techniques to address the specific challenges of each location.

We will take into account various waterproofing methods, such as membrane-based waterproofing, crystalline waterproofing, injection grouting, cementitious coatings, and liquid-applied membranes, among others. And we will suggest the best suited waterproofing system according to the site conditions.

If necessary, detailed waterproofing drawings will be created. These drawings will provide a visual representation of the proposed waterproofing system, indicating the specific layers and materials to be used. This step ensures clarity and consistency during the execution phase.

We will compile a comprehensive specification report that incorporates various elements:

• Site and Problem Brief:

A summary of the site conditions and identified waterproofing challenges.

• Working Procedure and Methodology:

A step-by-step plan for executing the waterproofing work, including surface preparation, material application, and quality control measures.

• Waterproofing Drawings (3D/2D):

Including detailed drawings of the waterproofing systems proposed for different areas.

• Material Specifications:

Specifications of the waterproofing materials to be used, ensuring quality and compatibility.

The specification report will include recommendations for experienced and reliable waterproofing applicators based on the nature of the work required. These applicators should have a proven track record in handling similar projects and using the specified waterproofing materials. This ensures that the execution of the project is carried out by skilled professionals

To facilitate effective communication and monitoring, a WhatsApp group will be formed, including waterproofing applicators, site engineers, architects, structural consultants, and other relevant stakeholders. This group will share daily updates, progress photographs, and videos related to the waterproofing work, enabling continuous monitoring, timely updates as needed and the ability to address any issues promptly.

Throughout the execution of the waterproofing work, we will conduct regular site visits to ensure that the work is progressing as per the design and specifications. They will provide on-site guidance and address any issues that may arise during the process.
